Analysis of Bread

The ordinary bread is simply made of wheat flour, water, salt and yeast. Customary, sugar and fat can also be used.

All pastry contains ingredients as flour, water, salt, butter or other fats.
The chloride and cooking salt content of your tasty pastry, pasta or bread can be determined by titration with Metrohm’s Titrandos.
